Our client is an international group of companies, focusing on the hospitality industry, property development and oil & gas exploration & production with investments in various parts of the world. They are developing a 100,000 square meter prestigious mixed development project currently under construction in Tripoli Libya.
This project consists of a 5-star 32 storey 369 bed hotel tower, 30 storey 100 room apartment suite tower and a 23 floor office tower with associated commercial buildings, main lobby’s and banquet hall.
They are now seeking a General Manager to oversee this major real estate project based in Tripoli, Libya.
The primary function would be managing the day to day office and administrative operations, and providing support and oversight to the development and technical team.
The General Manager will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for maintaining and building business relationships in Libya.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in business, finance and administration, with a related degree, to manage there office in Libya. With the project under construction and a team already operating, this role needs someone experienced in managing all functions through oversight of department heads.
Package will be commensurate to experience.
